Markdown rendering broken in Thinking section - content collapsed into single line #419

When displaying markdown content in the Thinking section (e.g., Context Pruner documentation), the rendering is broken. Multi-line content, flow diagrams, and formatted text are collapsed into a single unreadable line.
Expected Behavior
Markdown content should render with:
- Proper line breaks preserved
- Headers (
###) displayed correctly - Lists and bullet points formatted properly
- Flow diagrams / ASCII art maintaining their structure
Actual Behavior
- All content is squashed into one continuous line
- Markdown syntax markers (
**,###, etc.) appear to be stripped but layout is not preserved - Flow descriptions become unreadable jumbled text
- Line breaks and paragraph separations are lost
