Update maas-ui to 288b19ebb

refactor: Machine and KVM side panels use the new side panel context MAASENG-5238 (#5872)

- Migrated all remaining side panels to use the new context
- Created new MachineActionMenu + MenuBar with a single hook for getting menu items
- Removed SettingsTable and used MainTable for now
- Fixed a bug with script display in dark mode
- Fixed the hover color of rows in the machine select table in the clone form in dark mode
- Added `pattern` option to `renderWithProviders` to support routing tests
- Migrated all tests to use `renderWithProviders` (must be done due to context provider also changing)
- Deleted old test utils
- Removed old context, constants, and types
- Removed "-new" from file name of new context
