Challenge increasing the hibernate.hikari.maximimPoolSize using values.yaml to override default of 60

I am trying to figure out how to override the hibernate.hikari.maximimPoolSize to increase it to 125 as part of my values.yaml for my helm deployment. I have gone through the helm charts in confluence and do not see any way to set the value so the confluence container will generate the confluence.cfg.xml file with and override value of 125. Anyone else run into the need to increase the pool size, and how were you able to do it?
