Push v1.21.1 image to public ECR

What happened:

Public ECR image for version v1.21.1 is unavailable.

Can someone please push the image to public ECR?

Also if possible, can we work on some automation around pushing images to public ECR on a new release?

I understand that the maintainers recommend using private images, but due to certain restrictions in our build pipelines we're unable to use them. If we are still taking the efforts or manually pushing the images to public ECR, let's do it via. automation so that we don't cause a drift between what's ready and what's available for use.

I pushed them manually for now. Will keep this issue open to track automation. Thanks for reporting.
