[UI]: Refresh button does not refresh run logs, metrics, or events

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a run page in the UI.
2. Open either of these tabs:
   • Logs
   • Metrics
   • Events
3. Click the Refresh button in the top right corner.

Actual behaviour

The contents of the tab do not change.

Expected behaviour

Considering the Refresh button is positioned above the tabs, it is expected to update the contents of the currently open tab, regardless of which tab is open.
