Hello, I’ve refreshed my homepage and haven’t been able to see any of the live feed. The only thing happening is emojis popping up without me pressing anything so I just close the window. Any ideas on what I could do to fix this? Thanks

yeah, that seemed odd to not be able to turn off the emoji. You can always right-click, inspect, delete element.

I couldn't get that to work. Inspecting the element brings up Chrome dev tools, but attempting to right-click on the DIV to delete it crashes dev tools badly enough that I can't even reload the page!

In case anyone else is having trouble viewing the livestream, there are a few browser plugins that can interfere. Besides the obvious ones (ad/tracking/script blockers, etc.), an unexpected one I just found was ClearURLs for Firefox.

I'm not hearing anything. Volume on both my pc and the stream event is at max. Other sounds are playing on my computer. I can't find any "audio" option under the settings gear in the live stream to choose different output devices, and there's no "troubleshoot audio" in the FAQ page.

@drasmu, please make sure the tab is not muted. You can check this by right clicking on the tab in the browser and you will see a "Mute Site" or "Mute Tab" if the tab is unmuted.

There also may be a browser extension that is blocking the sound, can you try another browser or open the url in a new Incognito or a Private window?

No the tab is not muted. I also tried the alternate audio at https://github.co/listen (English channel). That didn't work either.

Neither Chrome nor Edge works in "Incognito"/"In Private" browsing mode. Downloading and installing FF now, but frankly, if that doesn't do it I give up. I've already wasted more time on it than I'm prepared to invest.

Registering unlocks all of the On Demand an interactive content and access to Discussions. Twitch will only have the livestream :)

Yes! On demand sessions are now available. To check them out, add the sessions you want to watch to your My Universe schedule. Once you add them, you'll see the option to 'Watch Now' on your My Universe page.

Hello!

I would like do de-register for a session, but I don't see myself registered in my schedule on the event page.

I was on the waiting list, and got an email that I got in, but my schedule did not get updated and I would like to de-register so that someone can take my place.

You should be able to go to "build your schedule", find the session you want to de-register and uncheck the box in the upper right corner, then save your changes!

Well, I'm not sure I got it figured it out. I got my email with my personal join link to the session and it start in less then 15 minutes, but I can't make it. I don't want to take away a spot from someone who would be interested in joining, and I don't know how I could de-register myself from the event, as the schedule uncheck button is not working.... ☹️
