Wrong license for c-ares on vcpkg

VCPKG shows wrong license for c-ares https://vcpkg.io/en/package/c-ares.html

VCPKG includes wrong license for c-ares in spdx.json MIT-CMU instead of MIT

Expected behavior
vcpkg displays correct license MIT-License as stated in:
https://github.com/c-ares/c-ares/blob/main/LICENSES/MIT.txt
https://c-ares.org/license.html

FTR the top-level license file is https://github.com/c-ares/c-ares/blob/main/LICENSE.md.
This file's git history shows that it was updated in 2023:
c-ares/c-ares@6d07783
