Volume regulator is not exponential

It results in very unhandy and unusual volume regulation.

A regulator corresponding to the way we hear must respect exponential law (as just all audio-related software respect including DAWs, plugins, and majority of players, not saying about all audio hardware). Expected behavior (if translate percents to decibels) is (for 0.5 db step):

100% -> 0 db
99% -> -0.5 db
98% -> -1.0 db
97% -> -1.5 db

and so on. The only exception is 0% resulting in zero level.
