Description
Several CLI tools can cause serious unintended damage, disruption, or legal issues when misused (even if the user intends legitimate usage).
Examples:
- mdk4 → can jam/disrupt Wi-Fi networks in range
- hydra → password cracking / brute-force tool (often misused)
- others like aircrack-ng suite, Ettercap, etc.
Proposal:
Add an optional Disclaimer: block near the top of such pages (right after the short description, before examples), something like:
> Disclaimer: This tool can cause damage, disrupt networks, violate laws, or access systems without authorization if misused.
This is inspired by the recent hydra PR (#20858 by @SpikeTheDragon40k) which tries to address similar concerns.
Thoughts? Should this be encouraged/required for certain categories, or kept fully optional per-page?
