Fixes settings not saving on programs that use WPF's HwndWrapper class with a unique identifier (for example, HwndWrapper[Process.exe;;d57fa553-1650-4d95-9e8f-93c1fb398eff]) by truncating the ID completely. Same thing with Afx class windows (Afx:00A60000:0).
