Use 'Forge' instead of 'Recharge' in BioBridge miniapp #312

- Update `manifest.json` tags and description to use '锻造' instead of '充值' to reflect in Top Tab. - Update `zh-CN.json`, `zh.json`, `zh-TW.json` to use '锻造'/'鍛造' for all recharge-related terms. - Update `en.json` to use 'Confirm Forge' instead of 'Confirm Recharge' for consistency. - Update E2E test helpers and regex patterns. - Fix mock data in E2E tests to include required fields for `BFM` chain. - Update E2E snapshots.
