What changed? Why? I added rel="noopener noreferrer" to external links in
docs/mini-apps/core-concepts/navigation.mdx
that uses target="_blank". This prevents potential reverse tabnabbing vulnerabilities when opening links in a new tab.
Notes to reviewers This ensures the documentation follows security best practices for external linking.
How has it been tested? Verified that the logic remains correct and the links render properly in markdown.
