Changes

Adds a new experimental render-template-schema command that renders Go template strings in the template schema and returns the resulting JSON:

databricks bundle debug render-template-schema /path/to/template --input-file input.json

Why

We use this command in DABs in the Workspace to render the template configuration form for custom templates.

Tests

Added unit tests, acceptance tests will as follow-up
