This removes SDL_WiiUSetSWKBDEnabled(). The same behavior can be achieved with the SDL_HINT_ENABLE_SCREEN_KEYBOARD hint. It's a bit more convoluted, but consistent across all backends that have on-screen keyboard implementations.
