docs: deprecate pivot parameter in favor of decay function #426

The pivot parameter has been replaced by the decay function from version 29.0 onwards. Updated documentation for v29.0 and v30.0 to reflect this change, with deprecation notices pointing users to the decay function as the replacement.
Added the pivot parameter deprecation notice to the breaking changes section of the v29.0 API reference page to ensure users are aware of this change when reviewing release notes.
